Custom Products — Design Included

Design included in the price. Every piece is handcrafted to order — your ideas, names, dates, or artwork transformed into a lasting keepsake or gift with Southwest soul. Choose your product below. Every displayed price includes your selected item and custom design. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional.

We will send a digital proof for your approval before production begins.

Upload a design image or enter the text you want engraved. You may provide both. Use the placement instructions field to tell us where the design belongs. For a set, describe the placement on each piece. We will confirm the details in your digital proof.

⚠️ Custom wall art starts at $95 including design. Contact us before purchasing wall art so we can confirm your quote. Size and complexity affect the final product price. Any approved amount above the starting price is invoiced separately before production.

How it works

1. Choose your product. Select the item, set size, leather color, or engraving sides you want.
2. Submit your design request. Upload an image or enter the exact text you want engraved; you may provide both. Complete the placement instructions field with where you want the design, your preferred style, and any other details. For sets, describe each piece.
3. Pay for your product and design together. The selected price includes both.
4. Share any additional references. You may email extra files to info@desertemberco.com with your order number.
5. Review your proof. Your first proof arrives within 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of complete design details and reference files.
6. Approve your design. Your finished product ships within 5–7 business days after final design approval and full payment of any agreed wall-art quote balance. Production begins only after approval and payment are complete.

These are processing times. Carrier transit time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Decanter Gift Set customization

Choose a simple, coordinated monogram or create a completely customized gift set. Your design can be applied across the entire set, including:

• The exterior of the presentation box lid
• The interior of the presentation box lid
• The decanter
• Each whiskey glass
• Each of the four slate coasters

The four slate coasters include a leather engraving surface. Choose Rawhide for the darker leather or Saddle Tan for the lighter leather.

You may request one coordinated design across the set or describe how you want each piece customized in your design submission.

Keychain shape options

Custom keychains are available in the shape of any U.S. state or in a round, square, diamond, or star shape. Choose one-sided or two-sided engraving, then include your preferred shape (and the state name, if applicable) in your design description.

Your included design service covers

• One custom design project — the same design may be used across multiple products without an additional design charge
• One digital proof
• One consolidated revision round within the original design concept before final approval
• Production setup and storage of the approved design for future reorders

Multiple products using one design

The same approved design can be used across multiple products without an additional design charge. Contact us before ordering multiple products or quantities using the same design so we can confirm combined pricing with design included.

Reorders and simple updates

Contact us before ordering an exact reorder or a simple name or date change. Contact Desert Ember Co. with your previous order number, the product and quantity you need, and any name or date changes. We will confirm the details and send your product-only reorder invoice.

Exact reorders: No additional design charge.

Simple name or date changes: Free.

Revisions and new designs

One revision round is included. Please submit your requested changes together. A font change during this included revision counts as that revision.

Additional revision rounds: $10 each. These cover changes within the original design concept. We will confirm the charge with you before starting additional work.

New design direction: A new concept, or changes to the font, layout, or artwork after final approval, may require an additional charge. We will confirm pricing before beginning the new design work. Applying the same approved design to another product does not incur an additional design charge.

Our corrections are always free. Corrections to mistakes made by Desert Ember Co. do not use your included revision or incur an additional charge.

Cancellations and refunds

Before design work begins: You may cancel for a full refund of your product and design payment.

After design work begins and before production: Design work is nonrefundable once it begins. You may cancel for a refund of the product portion of your payment.

Finished-product orders: You may cancel before production begins for a refund of the product payment; the design-work cancellation terms above still apply. Once production begins, cancellations and change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or was made incorrectly by Desert Ember Co., please contact us so we can address the issue.

What to include in your design request

Describe your idea, exact names/dates/text, preferred font or style, desired placement, and finished-product quantity. For a gift set, explain what you want on each surface. For wall art, include your preferred dimensions so we can provide a quote before production.
